Welcome to Rogerson Dance Studios

Rogerson Dance Studios has been a respected and successful family business for over 40 years. Our staff are qualified and highly regarded in their respective fields and we offer classes for children from 2 years to professional. We welcome children attending for fun and fitness and those who wish to pursue dance and the performing arts as a career. Above all, we look forward to working with families to ensure students achieve their best results.
Over the years we have had many students perform with the Australian Ballet Company in various productions. This is an opportunity that these students thoroughly enjoy and will cherish for the rest of their lives.

This year we have had 6 students taking part in the Australian Ballet Schools Interstate Junior Associate Program.

Our students regularly received many first places in competitions and scholarships as both a group and individuals. The majority of our students also receive Distinction in their Royal Academy of Dance Ballet Exams. Our Glenn Wood Tap exam results are also exceptional once again with students regularly awarded Gold Awards (a mark of 98% or higher).

We have now completed a year of our combined High School and extended hours of dance program. Students on this program do up to 3 additional half days of dancing without affecting their school lessons. This extra dance is giving these students the opportunity to hone their skills so that they may achieve their dream of being accepted into a training school overseas. This dream has been achieved for one of these students already, we have just farewelled Finola Xie who has just left to continue studies at the Shanghai Ballet School. We believe this is a very unique programme.

The great results achieved by our students we believe are due to the environment we offer at our studio. We like students to feel like they are part of a family, in which they are encouraged to have fun and and work towards achieving their personal best.
